Today has been a horrible day. I've been sick for half of the day, to the point where I had to cancel my fun plans, I have cramps, and painkillers are only kind of helping. Between this and food therapy (Chili's molten lava cake and mango ice cream) I feel much happier today. I'm still angry with myself, but I realized that wallowing in it isn't going to fix anything.
